As soon as i lay down to fall asleep and let my sleep be sweet and regenerating.
Let me have always enough sleep.
Let me have peaceful nights and mornings, no noise from neighbours or outside.
Let me have healthy eating, sleeping, exercising walking, swimming habits in Jesus name.
Let me dropp to my perfect healthy weight, cca 77 kg.
