Our God of peace, you have taught us that in returning and rest we shall be saved, in quietness and in confidence shall be our strength: By the might of your Spirit answer this request according to your will, we pray of you, so we may be still and know that you are God; through Jesus Christ our Lord. I have irritation like wound in the left side of my throat. And like throat /larynx is irritated. From acid or stomach flue.

No noise from neighbours. Big family meeting. I just wanted to sleep.a bit since i wake up at 4 am 3 times a week. Lord help me to sleep. I feel overly tired and exhausted
