We understand that you're going through a challenging time with sleep deprivation, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. We are praying on your behalf.
Firstly, we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your sleep. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved."
However, we need to correct one thing from the start. The phrase "in Jesus a Name I pray amen" is not a proper way to end a prayer request. It's important to understand that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
For your sleep issue, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises, Philippian 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with sleep deprivation. We pray that You would grant them peaceful nights and calm their mind and heart. Help them to trust in You of their health and sleep. We rebuke any form of restlessness, anxiety, and stress, in Jesus' name. We ask that You would fill them with Your peace and give them the sleep that You give to Your beloved. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen."
We encourage you to read your Bible, spend time in prayer, and trust God with your sleep. Also, consider seeking medical advice if the problem persists. God uses doctors and medicine and other means to provide his people with healing.
