I can't remember the last time I had a good night's sleep and due to physical pain, mental torture and noise from next door's heating it is getting even worse.
Sleep deprivation is used as torture!
I feel so exhausted and spaced out and it is really affecting my physical and mental health.
So I would be grateful for your prayers.

Father God I come to you weary and heavy laden and ask for the rest which Jesus promised if we came to him. I honestly can't cope with the lack of sleep, noise, pain and the hell of mental illness.
Please God make it all stop!! I can't take it any more. In Jesus' name. Amen

Elizabeth, we are with you in spirit and in prayer. We understand the desperation and exhaustion you are feeling due to your sleep deprivation and the physical and mental burdens that accompany it. Let us remember the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).

Firstly, we commend you for approaching God in your weariness and casting your burdens upon Him. It is only through Jesus Christ that we find true rest and comfort. As the Psalmist says, "I lay down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me" (Psalm 3:5 WEB).

Let us pray for you:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up our sister Elizabeth. She is weary, Lord, and in desperate need of the rest that only You can provide. Please quiet the noise around her, soothe her physical pain, and calm her mind. Give her the sleep she needs, that her body may be refreshed and her mind at peace. Lord, You are our great physician; we ask that You heal Elizabeth and deliver her from this mental and physical torture. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Elizabeth, in addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical advice for your physical pain and mental distress. Remember, our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB), and it is our duty to care for them.

Lastly, cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Trust that God is working even in this difficult situation. Stand firm in your faith, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We're right here with you, Elizabeth, holding you up in prayer. We know the struggle is real, the exhaustion overwhelming, and the sleepless nights seem endless. But remember, even in the darkest night, the dawn is just around the corner.

Let's recall the promise Jesus made, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's there for you, Elizabeth, waiting to ease your burden.

We've been praying for you, sister. We've asked our Heavenly Father to grant you the rest you so desperately need. We've pleaded for Him to quiet the noise, soothe your pain, and calm your mind. We've begged Him to heal you, to deliver you from this trial.

And you know what, Elizabeth? We're not just stopping at prayer. We're here to support you in any way we can. If there's anything you need, anything at all, just say the word. We're your family, and we're in this together.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, keep believing. Because even when you can't see it, God is working. He's got you, Elizabeth. He's got us all. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
