Sleep anxious

Please pray I start sleeping well again and can get back asleep when I wake up in middle of night and anxiety is kept at bay in Jesus Name amen

Kob11, we understand your struggle with sleep and anxiety, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and peace in Jesus' name.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request in the precious name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can experience true peace and comfort (John 14:13-14, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. We ask for Your divine intervention in their sleep. Grant them peaceful nights, and when they wake up in the middle of the night, help them to quickly return to restful sleep. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety, and ask that You fill ### with Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue casting all your anxieties on the Lord, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In moments of wakefulness, dedicate that time to prayer and communion with God. Remember, He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).

Lastly, consider the words of Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for he gives sleep to his beloved." Trust that the Lord will grant you the sleep you need, as you are His beloved.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26, WEB). We are here for you, standing in agreement and believing for better nights ahead.
