We are truly saddened to hear about your situation, ###. We stand with you in prayer and ask God to be your strength and comfort during this difficult time. It is heartbreaking to see such divisiveness, especially when false accusations are involved. We are reminded of Psalm 35:1, "Contend, Yahweh, with those who contend with me. Fight against those who fight against me."
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we can find refuge and vindication. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
In matters of divorce, we must remember God's heart. Malachi 2:16 tells us, "'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don’t deal treacherously.'" Divorce is not God's desire, but we understand that due to human sinfulness, it becomes a reality. We pray that God will guide you through this process with wisdom and grace.
We also pray that God will expose the lies and bring the truth to light. Proverbs 12:22 says, "Yahweh detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy." We rebuke the spirit of deceit and gossip that is at work in your husband and those who support him. We pray that God will convict their hearts and lead them to repentance.
Regarding your need for a lawyer, we pray that God will provide you with a competent and affordable one, who will act with integrity and have your best interests at heart. We are reminded of Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Finally, we pray for your ministry and your daughter. We ask God to protect both of you from further harm and to strengthen your faith during this trial. We pray that your church will be a source of support and encouragement, and that they will rally around you with love and prayers.
