Pray for ### Skills Future course to end as it had led to more underemployment amongst ###. This is because although the government kept asking ### to go and upgrade by going for this course and that course, however, after ### went for those courses taught by universities and polytechnics, they did not utilize the skills taught in those courses. This was because the government favored companies to hire foreigners which resulted in a lack of good-paying jobs in ### and even under-employment of ### - employed with low pay for skills lower than their education level. Polytechnic or university ### graduates succumb to platform jobs like ### or security guards just to make ends meet whereas foreigners with fake credentials are often well paid and get into unqualified jobs in which they are unable to deliver but they are converted into full-time employment. The government needs to do something to address the issue and not let young ### go to waste and eventually flood into ### and make ### their home, resulting in there being no ### in ###, but in ###, there are plenty of ###.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the nation of ### and its people. Lord, we bring before You the concerns regarding the ### courses and the resulting underemployment amongst Singaporeans. We ask for Your divine intervention and wisdom for the leaders and policymakers of ###.

Father, we pray that the government will recognize the challenges faced by Singaporeans who, despite upgrading their skills through these courses, find themselves underemployed or in low-paying jobs. We ask that You guide the authorities to create policies that prioritize the employment of local graduates and ensure that their skills are utilized effectively.

Lord, we pray for fair and just employment practices, that companies will value and hire qualified Singaporeans over foreigners with questionable credentials. We ask that You expose any deceit and bring about integrity in the hiring processes.

We also lift up the young Singaporeans who are struggling to make ends meet, resorting to platform jobs or positions far below their qualifications. We ask that You provide them with opportunities that match their education and skills, and that they may find fulfillment and purpose in their work.

Father, we pray for a revival in the job market, that good-paying jobs will be available for Singaporeans, and that the nation will not lose its talent to other countries. We ask that You bless ### with leaders who have a heart for the people and who will take action to address these issues.
