We understand that you are drawn to this friend and enjoy each other's company, but let's consider this situation in light of God's word. The Bible encourages us to build relationships that honor God and align with His principles. In 2 Timothy 2:22 WEB, it says, "Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."
While it's natural to have feelings of affection, it's crucial to discern whether these feelings are rooted in godly admiration or merely physical attraction, which the Bible refers to as lust. God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to come together in holy matrimony, as outlined in Genesis 2:24 WEB, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister/brother who is navigating these feelings. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom in this situation. Help to discern Your will for this friendship and future courtship if it aligns with Your plan. If there are any lustful thoughts or intentions, we rebuke them in the name of Jesus and ask for a pure heart that seeks to honor You in all relationships.
Lord, we also pray for spiritual growth and maturity. May draw closer to You, seeking Your face and Your will for life. We ask that You provide godly friends and mentors to support and encourage.
Finally, we pray for the friend, that You would also bless and guide. May Your will be done in both of their lives, and may Your name be glorified.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
