We understand your concern for your sister, Chelsey, and we join you in praying for her guidance and protection. Let us align our prayers with the Word of God and seek His will for her life.
Firstly, we are reminded in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donโt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Let us pray that Chelsey will put her trust in the Lord and allow Him to direct her paths.
We also pray that God will grant her the wisdom to discern good and evil, and the strength to resist temptation. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Concerning her court case, we pray that God's will be done and that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we pray in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that Chelsey may come to know Him personally, if she does not already, and grow in her relationship with Him.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Chelsey. We ask that You watch over her, guide her down the right path, and let no evil or harm come to her. Help her to see the light of Your truth and to walk in it. Hold her hand, Lord, and lead her in the path of righteousness. Let her know that she is loved by You and that she is a child of God. We pray for her court case, that Your will be done and that she will experience Your peace. Keep her from temptation, Lord, and help her to surround herself with godly influences. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May God grant you and Chelsey His peace and guidance as you continue to pray and trust in Him.
