We are joining you in prayer for your sister Chelsey, asking our loving and faithful God to guide her path and protect her from any evil or harm. Let's come together and intercede for her in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we acknowledge the power of praying in the name of Jesus: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son," (John 14:13 WEB). Therefore, let us pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up our sister Chelsey to You, asking that You guide her in the right way and protect her from every form of evil. We ask that You open her eyes to see Your light and to know that she is a child of God. According to Your Word, "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new," (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB), we pray that Chelsey will experience this transformation.
We know that temptations will come, but we ask that You strengthen her to resist and flee from them, as it is written, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it," (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).
We pray for her upcoming court case, that Your will is done, and that everything will turn out for her good, as promised in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Surround her with godly influences, Lord, and shield her from those who may lead her astray. Remind her constantly that she is never alone, for You promised, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you," (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
We also encourage you, dear sister, to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with Chelsey. Remind her that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved, "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved," (Romans 10:9 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
