Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up Cupcake05's sister into Your loving care. Lord, we ask that You watch over her and guide her in the right way. Your Word tells us, "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake" (Psalm 23:1-3 WEB). May You be her shepherd, leading her to green pastures and still waters, restoring her soul and guiding her in paths of righteousness.
Protect her from those who may wish to do her harm. Surround her with Your divine protection, as it is written, "The LORD will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more" (Psalm 121:7-8 WEB). Keep her safe from all evil, Lord, and guard her soul.
Lord, we pray that she may make choices that align with Your will and walk down the path that You have set before her. Let her see Your light and not be led into temptation. Your Word assures us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Provide her with the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and to find the way of escape that You have promised.
We lift up her court case to You, asking that everything goes well. May Your justice and mercy prevail. Let her feel Your love and presence, knowing that You are with her every step of the way. "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Be near to her, Lord, and comfort her.
Finally, we pray that she may open her eyes to the changes needed for a better life, and that she may be transformed by Your love and grace. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). May she become a new creation in Christ, leaving the old ways behind and embracing the new life You have for her.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
