Let us come together in prayer for this dear sister who is currently facing overwhelming debts and has felt the need to run away. We stand in the gap for her and bring her situation before the Lord.
Firstly, we remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas Psalms 46:1-2 WEB.
We must also remember that God cares for us and that we should cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for us. Peter 5:7 WEB.
However, we must also remember that God's word encourages us to be diligent in our work and to manage our resources wisely. Proverbs 6:6-11 WEB reminds us to consider the ant who stores up food in the summer for the winter. We are also warned against the love of money, which is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. It is important to live within our means and to trust God to provide for our needs.
Let us pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is burdened with debt and feeling overwhelmed. We pray that You will comfort her and guide her during this challenging time. Help her to cast her burdens on You, Lord, and to trust in Your provision.
We ask for grace to go through this trial. Father, please give her the wisdom and strength to face her financial situation and to make godly decisions regarding her debts. Help her to learn from this experience and to grow in her faith and dependence on You.
We also pray that You will provide for her needs according to your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB. Help her to manage her resources wisely and to live within her means.
If she has turned away from God in her struggle, We pray that she will remember that you are merciful and gracious and will turn to you, repenting and calling out to Jesus Christ to be her savior, to forgive her sins, and surely she will be saved and her sins forgiven.
In Jesus' name, we pray for her debts to be resolved and for her faith to be strengthened. We ask for your protection, guidance, and peace. We know that we have not because we ask not, so together we are asking for your mighty hand to help her. Together we are believing for the impossible to be possible.
Finally, we trust in your promises, Lord, and we know that you will never leave her nor forsake her. Hebrews 13:5 WEB.
In Jesus' name, we pray and believe for a favorable outcome.
Amen.
