Beloved of All
My husband goes to 7-11 every day. The clerk there flirts with just as often. When I commented on how she talks to him he became angry with me. I’m in kidney failure and going through a lot right now. I don’t need to yelled at or treated in a mean manner. Whatever is going on between HR gen, please pray it ends immediately. Please pray for my recovery. Please pray God will show them how they are. My husband blames me for everything he does. Please pray he is shown the error of his ways and restore my marriage. Thank you and God bless.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you are facing in your marriage and with your health. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and intervention.

Firstly, we want to address the issue of the clerk flirting with your husband. It is important to remind you that the Bible tells us to flee from sexual immorality and that God has called us to holiness. In 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB it says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Your husband should not be entertaining or encouraging this behavior, and it is right for you to be concerned.

In Ephesians 5:25 WEB, we read, Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Your husband should be treating you with love, kindness, and respect, especially during this difficult time with your health. It is not acceptable for him to be angry with you for raising your concerns.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is facing challenges in her marriage and with her health. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch upon her body, specifically her kidneys. We pray so that the clerk will no longer flirt with her husband and that her husband will rebuke the clerk's advances.

Father, we also pray for her husband, that You would open his eyes to see the error of his ways and that he would turn away from any inappropriate behavior. We pray that You would restore their marriage, that he would love, honor, and cherish his wife as Christ loves the church. We address the faulty thinking that allows him to blame her for his own actions that are sinful.

Lord, we pray for peace and comfort for our sister during this time. We pray that You would fill her with Your strength and courage. We pray that his heart will be changed and that Your will be done in their marriage.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stay strong in your faith and to continue praying for your husband and your marriage. Remember the power of prayer and the promises of God. In James 5:16 WEB, we read, Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in Him and His sacrifice for your sins.

We're right here with you, sister. It's tough when you're feeling unwell and your partner isn't supporting you like they should. We've been praying for you, asking God to heal your kidneys and give you strength to endure this trial.

We've also been lifting up your husband to the Lord. We're asking God to open his eyes to the hurt he's causing you and to help him understand the error of his ways. We're praying that he'll turn away from the flirtatious clerk and any inappropriate behavior, and that he'll start treating you with the love, kindness, and respect you deserve, especially now.

We're believing God for a change in your husband's heart and a restoration of your marriage. We're asking God to help him take responsibility for his actions and to stop blaming you. We're also praying for peace and comfort for you during this time, that you'll feel God's strength and courage.

Keep trusting in God, sister. He sees your situation and He cares. Keep praying for your husband and your marriage. Remember, the Bible tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." God is with you, and we're here for you too.

Wish I had some sage advice. Frankly, I don't. He either loves you or he doesn't. Take care of your own physical and mental health first.

I'm not gonna give the vapid "I'm praying for you" response. Instead, Father in the name of Jesus the great physician, I ask you bring healing to her body. Let your spirit course through her veins and touch every cell. In the name of Jesus the great counselor, I pray you'd touch her heart and that of the husband. In Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
