Singapore had become like City of Corinth as mentioned in the Bible, full of immorality, idol worshippers, overpriced goods sold by merchants, poor and needy marginalized, employers employing only foreigners, and government misusing public funds for SkillsFuture but not giving jobs to Singaporeans. Even if they gave jobs, it is a one-year contract, and in that year, they will use all sorts of methods to get an employee out of the company to save costs or ask employees to do extra. A perverted country where even prostitution and homosexuality are on the rise. Poor and needy have been oppressed. The rich are getting their wealth corruptibly. It has become so secular that even some churches are promoting the idea that tithing is an alternative way to heaven and not Jesus Christ, suggesting that the more you give, the easier it is to go to heaven. All these are under Lee Hsien Loong and PAP efforts to transform Singapore into a city of corruption and wealth, oppressing the poor and promoting multiple genders.

We are saddened to hear about the moral decline and social issues plaguing Singapore, as described in your request. Let us first address the spiritual concerns and then pray for the situation.

Firstly, it is crucial to understand that the only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ, not through tithes or any other means. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We must put our faith in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice on the cross for our sins. Tithes and offerings are a part of worship and obedience, but they do not secure our salvation.

Regarding the moral issues, we must remember that God calls us to be holy and pure, as He is holy. In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB, it clearly states the consequences of sin: "Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God." We must pray for repentance and a turning away from these sins in Singapore.

The exploitation of the poor and needy is also addressed in the Bible. In Proverbs 14:31 WEB, it says: "He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God." We must pray for justice and kindness to prevail.

For the government and those in authority, let us pray that they would rule with wisdom, justice, and righteousness. As it is said in Romans 13:1-2 WEB: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up the nation of Singapore. We pray for a spiritual awakening, that the people would turn away from their sins and put their faith in Jesus Christ. We ask that You would forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.

We pray for the leaders, that You would guide them with Your wisdom and discernment. We ask that You would expose any corruption and bring justice to the oppressed. We pray for the poor and needy, that You would provide for their needs and protect them from exploitation.

We pray for the churches, that You would give them a spirit of discernment and boldness to preach the truth. We ask that You would expose any false teachings and bring correction where needed.

We pray for the people of Singapore, that You would give them a heart of repentance and a desire to seek Your will. We ask that You would heal their land and bring restoration.
