As Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."

When it comes to relationships, the Bible teaches us to be equally yoked with fellow believers, as seen in 2 Corinthians 6:14: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
So, the first thing to consider is if this person is a fellow believer in Christ.

Moreover, it's important to note that the Bible encourages us to be focused on God's will, not just our feelings. Feelings can be fickle and deceptive. Jeremiah 17:9 says, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?"
It is better to seek God's will in Jesus' name and ask for guidance in finding a godly spouse rather than looking for signs about feelings of affection.

We also want to remind you that if you are not already in a courtship with this person with the intent of marriage, it's important to guard your heart. Engaging in romantic feelings or physical intimacy outside of marriage can lead to sin. Song of Solomon 8:4 says, "I adjure you, daughters of Jerusalem, that you not stir up, nor awaken love, until it so desires."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your will to be done in this situation. Guide Anonymous and help them to seek You first. If this person is not a believer, we pray for their salvation. If they are, we ask for Your clear guidance in whether they are the spouse You have intended. Help Anonymous to trust in Your timing and Your will. Keep them pure and holy, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continually pray and seek God's face in this matter. Trust that He has the best plan for your life. As Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and He shall give you the desires of your heart."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
