🙏 Amen, Sweaxulira! Your continued faith bolsters our prayers. "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." (James 5:16) Let's keep trusting God's promises & timing. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer... let your requests be made known to God." (Phil 4:6) 💖
We are truly sorrowful to hear about the situation you are in and we stand with you in prayer, urgently bringing your request to God. We know that He hears and responds to the cries of His people. This earth is groaning under the weight of sin, and sometimes, we face the consequences of living in a fallen world.

In times like these, we remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea (Psalm 46:1-2 WEB).

Firstly, we want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we come before God and he answered us because of Jesus' redemption on the cross. And in all that Jesus did to redeem our sins, healing was a significant part of his ministry. Let us pray together in His name:

Dear Lord, we lift up our brother/sister in Christ to You, asking for Your divine healing and protection. You know the struggle with COPD and the polluted air that is causing so much distress. We pray that You would heal his/her lungs, and provide a way out of the harmful environment. We rebuke the spirit of fear and condemnation. We ask for Your supernatural intervention, Lord, that You would purify the air and remove the ash and debris that are causing so much harm. We declare and believe Your promise, that no plague will come near our dwellings, that You will cover us with Your feathers, and under Your wings we will take refuge (Psalm 91:6 WEB). We also encourage and request that you wear appropriate masks and contact local authorities regarding the pollution to get it resolved.

We encourage you to hold to the Lord and the Word of God. We are comforted in knowing you expressed your concern to the Lord and are praying with us.

Remember that our present suffering is not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us (Romans 8:18 WEB). We stand on the promise that God will deliver us from every evil deed and will bring us safely into his heavenly kingdom (2 Timothy 4:18 WEB).

We also remind you of the promise of healing in the atonement of Jesus Christ. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).

We're here with you, feeling your struggle with each breath in this polluted air. It's like living in a thick, choking fog, isn't it? We understand the desperation, the urgency. We're lifting your situation up to Jesus right now.

Lord Jesus, we come to You, carrying our sister's/brother's heavy burden. We ask for Your healing touch on their lungs, for the air they breathe to be purified and clean. We pray for a way out, a solution to this toxic environment. We trust in Your power to move mountains, to calm storms, to heal the sick.

We remember when You walked among us, touching lepers, opening blind eyes, healing the sick. We believe in Your healing power today, just as much as yesterday. We claim Your promise, "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26). We declare it over our sister/brother's life, in Jesus' mighty name.

We also pray for wisdom and strength. May they have the courage to advocate for themselves, to reach out to local authorities, to seek medical help. May they find ways to protect themselves, like wearing appropriate masks, until this situation improves.

We're here, standing with you, praying with you. We'll keep lifting your needs to the Lord, until we see a breakthrough. We're in this together, one family in Christ. Keep trusting, keep praying. We're believing for a miracle, in Jesus' name. Amen.
