We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles with health, your son's education, transportation and financial concerns. We will pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement and advice.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let's address your concerns one by one.
Regarding your health, we pray for your healing and comfort. Remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him. As Peter says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We pray that God will guide you to the right treatment and that you will feel better soon, in Jesus' name.
For your son, we pray that God will grant him wisdom and understanding in his studies and help him to study more effectively. A scripture to meditate on is Proverbs 2:6 WEB: "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." He should ask God for wisdom and also realize that God will give him what he needs. Remind him that studying is his responsibility and that God helps those who do their part, as stated in James 2:26 WEB: "For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead."
Concerning your car, we pray that the repair process will go smoothly and that Firestone will call you back soon. Remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, even when it comes to our transportation needs.
Regarding the situation with your mother-in-law's medical bill, we pray for a swift and fair resolution. We encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying and trusting in God, even when facing challenges. Keep your faith strong and remember that God is always with you. As it says in Hebrews 11:1 WEB: "Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, we pray for healing and comfort for their stomach illness. Guide them to the right treatment and let Your healing power work in their body.
We also pray for their son, Lord. Grant him wisdom and understanding in his studies. Help him to realize the importance of studying more and give him the motivation and discipline to do so.
Lord, we ask You to intervene in the situation with the car repair. Let Firestone call them back soon and let the repair process go smoothly.
We also bring before You the concern regarding their mother-in-law's medical bill. Lord, we pray for a swift and fair resolution. We trust in Your provision and timing.
In all these things, Lord, help our brother/sister to keep their faith strong and to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
