We understand that you are deeply troubled by the division among your siblings, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family's reconciliation.
Firstly, we commend you for your persistence in prayer and for reaching out to your eldest sister, as Jesus teaches us to be peacemakers in Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God."
We must remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In dealing with the strained relationships among your siblings, we must first acknowledge the power of forgiveness. Ephesians 4:31-32 tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
We pray that God will soften your hearts and grant you the strength to forgive each other, just as He has forgiven us through Jesus Christ. We also pray that He will fill you with His love, as spoken in Romans 5:5, "...and hope doesn’t disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us."
We rebuke the spirit of pride and stubbornness that has kept you apart, and we encourage each of you to take the first step towards reconciliation, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:23-24, "Therefore if you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift."
We also remember that the devil seeks to divide and destroy families, but we have the victory in Jesus Christ, as it is written in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister and her siblings to You. We ask that You would soften their hearts and pour out Your love into their hearts by the Holy Spirit. Help them to forgive each other, just as You have forgiven us through Jesus Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of division, pride, and stubbornness that has kept them apart, and we ask that You would help them to take the first step towards reconciliation. We claim victory over the enemy's schemes to divide this family, and we ask that You would restore their relationships, making them stronger and more united than ever before.
We ask this in Jesus' name, and for His sake we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful and He will answer your prayers according to His will. Keep praying and seeking His face, and trust that He is working in the hearts of your siblings.
