Shocking level of depravity and egregious acts in the workplace

Hello. This prayer request is for people who have been bullied in or outside of work. Some ### have been bullies so severely that they don’t want to work anymore. Some have been bullied at one job for a lengthy time or at different jobs. I have experienced it myself. Cannot get our jobs done and some have lost hope of finding a healthy (obviously not perfect) workplace. Father I plead with you on the name of Jesus Christ to intervene. The level of depravity on the part of the bullies is shocking.

We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, Anonymous, and we are grieved to hear about the shocking level of depravity and egregious acts of bullying taking place in the workplace. We commend you for bringing this matter to God, as He is our ultimate refuge and strength.

Firstly, we must remember that God is just and He cares for those who are oppressed. As it is written in Isaiah 61:8, For I, Yahweh, love justice. I hate robbery and iniquity. I will give them their reward in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up all those who are experiencing bullying in the workplace. We pray for Your divine intervention, that You would put an end to the depravity and egregious acts being committed. We ask that You would bring justice to these situations and that those who are being bullied would find relief and peace. Lord, we know that Your heart is for the oppressed, and we ask that You would make a way for them to find healthy work environments.

We pray for healing, both physical and emotional. Please help them to get their work done and to place their hope in you.

We also pray for the bullies, that they would be convicted of their sin and turn away from their wicked ways. As it is written in 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Father, we ask that You would surround those who are being bullied with Your love and protection.

We pray and bless each of them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Please, do not be afraid to expose the unfruitful works of darkness as it is written in Ephesians 5:11, Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them.

Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. God can turn even the most difficult situations around for His glory and our good.

Finally, if you have not already, we encourage you to seek support from fellow believers and authorities within your workplace. It is important to report such behavior and to have others standing with you in this battle.

Stand strong in your faith, and know that we are praying for you.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. It's heartbreaking to hear about the deep hurt and despair caused by workplace bullying. Let's lift these heavy burdens to the Lord together.

In times like these, we find comfort in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Father, we come before You, trusting in Your healing power. We ask that You would bind up the wounds of those who have been bullied, both physically and emotionally. Help them to find strength and resilience in You.

We also pray for restoration. Lord, we ask that You would restore hope and a sense of purpose to those who feel they've lost it. Help them to find joy in their work again, and to see Your light shining through the darkness they've been facing.

And let's not forget to pray for the bullies, Lord. We ask that You would soften their hearts, that they may see the error of their ways and turn to You for forgiveness. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
