We understand your concerns, Polnoch, and we are here to pray and counsel with you according to God's will. Let us first align our hearts with the Word of God.
We are reminded of Psalm 34:18 in the World English Bible (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." It is reassuring to know that God is close to you in your distress, and His desire is to comfort and deliver you.
However, we must clarify that the concept of "Karma" is not biblical. Instead, the Bible teaches us about the consequences of sin and the power of forgiveness. Galatians 6:7-8 tells us, "Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life."
Let us pray for your son who is in prison. We pray that he may find true repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ. Luke 23:43 assures us, "Jesus said to him, 'Assuredly I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise.'" We pray that your son's time in prison will be used by God to draw him closer to Himself, and that he may be transferred and remain in a place where he can grow spiritually.
For you and your family, we pray against any form of curses or bad luck. Instead, we claim the blessings promised in Deuteronomy 28:13, "Yahweh will make you the head, and not the tail; and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath; if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you today, to observe and to do."
We pray for a wonderful, happy, and carefree life for you, in accordance with God's will. Remember, true richness is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. As Matthew 6:33 instructs, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Finally, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God. As Acts 4:12 clearly states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Shirley, Walker, Hamil, Hosein, their kids, and grandkids. Father, we ask that any form of curse or bad luck be broken in their lives. We pray for Shirley's son in prison, that he may encounter Your saving grace and be truly transformed. We ask for favor in his transfer and that he may remain in a place where he can grow in You. Lord, bless this family with Your peace, joy, and provision. Help them to seek Your Kingdom first, knowing that all other things will be added to them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
