Matthew 5:16
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Roman's 14:19
“Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.”

1 Corinthians 16:14
Let all that you do be done in love.

COMMENTARY

Let your light shine at all times revealing Christ inside you. We are instructed to follow things that makes for peace and edifies others. We are not call to pursue things that are self-serving and sows discord. In these troubling times, we can find ourselves ensnared in worldly affairs. The bible reminds us that Christians are to labour with Love. We must live in harmony. Be careful of hatred. It can be cleverly packaged as something good, something worth pursuing. Don't let your light be snuffed out! Maintain heavenly integrity rather than earthly compromises.

We are the many lights of hope illuminating this dark world. Keep your lamp burning!

Even in our dark times when we are restricted on walking on the street or taking a train due to Covid 19, Jesus is righ there to help us and give us strenght to continue to road that leads to heaven.
