Beloved of All
Two of my subordinates at work are taking undue liberty of my kindness. They sleep at work, listen to loud videos at work and think that i am helpless in curbing their malpractices. In the interest of harmony, I have been tolerating their misconduct. But, now they are proclaiming to people visiting them in my presence that no one has the guts to stop them from doing what they want.
So, my kindness is being taken as weakness. Please pray to God for divine intervention to move at least one of them away from our hall so that indiscipline can be contained.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in the workplace of our dear brother or sister. Lord, You see the challenges they are facing with their subordinates who are taking undue advantage of their kindness. Your Word in James 1:5 reminds us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us.

Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in handling this situation. Grant our brother or sister the strength and courage to address the misconduct with grace and firmness. We pray for a spirit of respect and discipline to prevail in their workplace. Father, if it is Your will, we ask that You move at least one of these individuals to a different location, so that harmony and order can be restored.

We trust in Your perfect plan and timing, Lord. Help our brother or sister to continue to reflect Your love and kindness, while also standing firm in righteousness. We pray for peace and a positive resolution to this situation.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
