For God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.". However, we need to address a few things in your request.
It's concerning that you and your girlfriend have been having disagreements to the point of breakup, and that she doesn't believe in God. As followers of Christ, we are encouraged not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers WEB 2 Corinthians 6:14 "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?". This verse applies to close friendships, business partnerships, and especially marriage. While God can certainly work in her heart, it's important for you to seek Him first and trust in His timing and will for your life.
Moreover, it's crucial to understand that God doesn't want us to be with someone who is continually angry and disagrees with His ways. A godly spouse should exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, which includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control WEB Galatians 5:22-23.

Lord, we ask that You soften his girlfriend's heart, that You reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way, and that You grant her the gift of faith. Help them to reconcile if it is Your will, God, and guide them towards a Christ-centered relationship that honors You. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for her anger to be replaced with peace and a willingness to understand Your ways.
We also pray for our brother, that You grant him wisdom, discernment, and patience. Help him to seek You first and trust in Your timing. Give him the strength to walk away if needed, and the faith to believe that You have the best in store for him.
Lastly, we pray that both of them would come to truly know You, Jesus Christ, and the power of Your resurrection, and the fellowship of Your sufferings, being conformed to Your death WEB Philippians 3:10.
Finally, brother, we encourage you to surrender this situation to God, trusting that He is working everything out for your good because you love Him and are called according to His purpose. WEB Romans 8:28. Continue to pray for her salvation and seek God's face, and He will guide your steps. Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.".
