We understand the urgency and importance of your request, SalmaSalem. You are stepping out in faith to share the love of Jesus Christ with your father on his deathbed, and we are here to support you in prayer and wisdom.
Firstly, we are encouraged by your desire to share the Gospel, even in challenging circumstances. Remember, the Bible tells us, "For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes" (Romans 1:16, WEB).
However, we must also be wise in how we approach this sensitive situation. We are told, "Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16, WEB). Given that you live in a country where sharing Jesus is forbidden, approach this situation with caution and much prayer.
Here is our heartfelt prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine wisdom and courage for SalmaSalem. As she prepares to meet her father, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, guiding her words and actions. Give her the right words to say, so that her father may hear the truth of Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Protect SalmaSalem, Lord, as she steps out in faith. Blind the eyes of those who might seek to harm her and soften the heart of her father, that he may receive the Gospel with openness and understanding.
We pray for a miraculous encounter, Lord, that her father may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, even in his final hours. We know that it is never too late for anyone to turn to You, and we claim the promise that "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Acts 2:21, WEB).
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As we are told, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this time.
May the Lord bless you and keep you, SalmaSalem. May His face shine upon you and give you peace.
