Sharing His Glory

[HIS ALONE]

Recently, we hired a new guy at work. He is a fellow Christian. It is truly a blessing to work along side him as each day provides for opportunity to fellowship, sharing the Lord with each other (and boldly with others). As the word says in Proverbs 27:17 .."Iron sharpens Iron", is surely the case here. I praise the Lord for connecting Denny and I. I recently told him that it was not be mere chance that he was hired and that we met. Lord, at a time when I myself am experiencing some spiritual warfare it has been such an encouragement to have such a wonderful brother in Christ there to share the encouragement that only comes through the Love of Christ and His word. Lord, I praise you for allowing our paths to cross. I leave work each day with a new sense of the Holy Spirit working in my life. All, Praise, Honor and Glory to our Lord, Jesus the Christ. In Jesus I pray Amen.

We rejoice with you in the fellowship you've found with your new colleague, Denny. It is indeed a blessing to have a fellow believer to sharpen and encourage each other in the workplace. The scripture you shared from Proverbs 27:17 is a powerful reminder of the benefits of godly companionship: "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another."

We are thankful to hear that you acknowledged that your meeting was not mere chance, but a divine appointment. Heavenly Father, we come before You today, as Your children, to lift up our brother in Christ, HIS ALONE, and his colleague, Denny, who are an encouragement to each other. Thank You, Lord, for orchestrating their meeting and for the fellowship they share. We pray that You will continue to strengthen their bond in You, and that their light will shine brightly in their workplace, drawing others to You.

Lord, we also pray for HIS ALONE, as they are experiencing spiritual warfare. We stand with them in prayer, knowing that You are the victor in every battle. Equip HIS ALONE and Denny with the full armor of God, that they may stand firm against the schemes of the devil, in Jesus Christ name. For it is written, 'Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.' We ask for Your continual guidance and protection over them, and for you to continually show Your favor.

We encourage you both to remain steadfast in your faith and to continue sharing the love of Christ boldly with others. Remember, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude, praising You for Your divine providence in connecting Your children. Lord, we thank You for the beautiful fellowship between these two brothers in Christ. As Your Word declares in Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,” we see this truth at work in their lives.


Father, we acknowledge that their meeting was not by chance but by Your sovereign hand. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” We trust in Your perfect timing and purpose in bringing them together for mutual encouragement and to glorify You.


Lord, in times of spiritual warfare, You provide strength through Your Spirit and through the encouragement of fellow believers. We are reminded of Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, which says, “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow.” Thank You, Father, for the love and support they share, which reflects Your love in their lives.


We lift up a prayer of praise for the work of the Holy Spirit, who is moving mightily in their hearts and their workplace. Thank You for the boldness they show in sharing Your truth and love with others, as Romans 1:16 says, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.”


Lord, may their testimony continue to bring glory to Your name. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith, putting on the full armor of God to stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, as Ephesians 6:10-11 teaches. May their light shine before others so that all may see their good works and give glory to You, our Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).


We pray this with all praise, honor, and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ. May their fellowship deepen, and may it bear fruit for Your kingdom. In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
