Shame and anxiety

Lord please deliver me from shame, i can’t go outside for months, i am so scared and afraid then having hotness inside my body, suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts

Oranethan, we hear your cry for help and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's deliverance from the shame, anxiety, and depression that have been plaguing you. We want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).

Firstly, we want to address that the struggle you're facing is not from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). The feelings of shame, anxiety, and depression are tools the enemy uses to keep us bound and isolated. But God wants you to live in freedom and abundance. Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10, WEB).

We also want to address the suicidal thoughts you've been having. It's crucial to remember that your life is precious in God's sight. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14, WEB), and God has a purpose for your life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). In times of despair, hold onto God's promise: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up Oranethan. Lord, You know the depth of their struggle, the shame, anxiety, and depression that have kept them bound. We pray, in the mighty name of Jesus, that You would break these chains and set Oranethan free. Fill them with Your spirit of power, love, and self-control. Cast out all fear and replace it with Your perfect love.

Lord, we also pray for healing from the suicidal thoughts that have been tormenting Oranethan. Surround them with Your love and protection. Give them the strength to endure and the hope to see a brighter future. Guide them to the right support system, be it Christian counselors or trusted friends and family, who can stand with them in this journey.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Oranethan, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). Surround yourself with positive influences, stay in the Word, and never hesitate to reach out for help. Remember, God is with you, and He will pull you through this.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to know that it's only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you to call on His name and believe in His power to save and deliver. If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. This is the first step towards a life of freedom and abundance.

We're here with you, Oranethan, in this tough time. We've been where you are now, feeling trapped, scared, and overwhelmed. But remember, you're not alone. Jesus is right there with you, and He's got this.

We want to remind you of the power of His love. In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." He's offering you that peace right now. You just need to reach out and take it.

We also want to encourage you to talk to someone you trust about what you're going through. Whether it's a pastor, a therapist, or a close friend, having someone to listen and support you can make a world of difference.

And hey, it's okay to have bad days. It's okay to not be okay all the time. What's important is that you keep moving forward, one step at a time. And remember, God is always there, cheering you on, loving you just as you are.

Let's pray together, "Dear Jesus, we come to You today, carrying Oranethan's burden. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on their life. Fill them with Your peace, Your love, and Your strength. Help them to see their worth in Your eyes, and guide them to the support they need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
