Shaking All Over need prayer please (thank-you soo much everyone) sometimes this happens to me & i feel it is from stress & lack of sleep & anxiety...

Sometimes when i least expect it
i feel like i am shaking inside

i have a low blood sugar condition & that can trigger this reaction too
so when i first feel this i get something to eat immediately to help

but for now i also feel this is also from a lack of sleep last night
because we had no heat & i was soo cold
& alot of stress & anxiety & being soo way over-tired

i just start shaking all over & i feel like i can't breathe either
& that i am in over-drive for some reason & it is soo uncomfortable to bear...
