We understand that you're seeking prayer and support for sexual purity and breakthrough, ###. We commend you for taking a stand against sexual immorality and seeking God's help in this area of your life.
Firstly, let's address the issues you've raised in light of biblical principles. The Bible is clear about sexual immorality, including the use of pornography and masturbation. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB), we read, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
To break the chains of these sins and their strongholds, we need to acknowledge them, repent, and turn to Jesus Christ for forgiveness and strength. It's only through His name that we have access to God and can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, make sure to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who has earnestly sought Your help for sexual purity and breakthrough. Lord, we confess and repent of the sins of pornography and masturbation. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing power to wash away all impurity.
We pray for the breaking of soul ties, generational curses, and unclean spirits that may have gained access through these sins. In Jesus' name, we command these spirits to leave and not return. We ask You, Lord, to fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, replacing the old desires with new ones that honor You.
Father, help ### to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Strengthen him to flee from sexual immorality and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).
