Severe depression

Hi all kindly asking for more prayers please that God will continue to lift me out of this severe depression and anxiety mentally and emotionally and physically and spiritually please to carry on to feel gods presence with me and to be filled with his peace and joy and hope that my motivation will continue to come back each day and to continue for God to help me to break this soul tie I have with my ex boyfriend and to move on and forget all about him and start to be positive and that il start to get back to my creative writing and drama class on Thursday nights i enjoy going there its fun i like my drama class teacher shes really nice and good and very caring i get on very well with her shes a really good performer and actress plus I want to start looking and applying for jobs near by where I live plus im asking god to bring the right friends to me sos I can go out socialising with im very lonely

Depression is an attack on the mind. It occurs when you feel a lack of hope.
Faith gives substance to the things you are hoping for.Jesus defeated Satan and took

away his tools of evil. However Satan can and will attack our minds. Here are some scriptures You can focus on for your mental health.


Phil. 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Deuter. 31:8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Psalms 34:17 The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.

Ps.3:3 But you, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.

Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

I will be praying for you to have a sound mind - the mind of Christ from now on.
I will also pray that evil spirits can not attack your mind.
