Severe asthma

Hi my ### year old daughter ### has been diagnosed with severe asthma 2 weeks ago. We have been in and out of the emergency hospital and doctors office a lot recently. Her 1st attack I almost lost her. My daughter is suffering with this, she can't play basketball, she can barely walk from 1 class to the next, she gets shortness of breath and can't breathe, she was a straight A student. ### has been healthy up until now. Please pray for her. Pray she gets better in Jesus name. This is very heartbreaking for us. Thank you. God Bless You.

We are truly sorry to hear about ###'s struggle with severe asthma. In times like these, we remember how God is our great healer, as it is written in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."

We will lift up ### in prayer, asking God to bring healing and comfort to her. We pray that He will guide the doctors and medical professionals, giving them wisdom and discernment as they treat her. "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)

We also pray for strength and peace for your family during this difficult time. Remember that God is close to the brokenhearted, as Psalm 34:18 tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

In Jesus' name, we pray for ###'s healing and for your family's strength. We encourage you to continue to trust in God and His plan, even in this challenging time. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Lastly, we praise God that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is through Him that we are saved. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13)

Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, asking for Your healing touch upon ###. Give her strength and relieve her symptoms. Guide the doctors and medical professionals, Lord, and bless them with wisdom and skill. Comfort ### and her family, God. Remind them of Your love and Your promise to never leave nor forsake them. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

We know how tough it is for her, and for you as her parents, but we're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Trust in God's plan, even in this challenging time.
