I just can not stop worrying. Between jaw issues that get worse when I lie down and cause pain and difficulty falling asleep on top of all the problems and stress, my brain just will not shut off. I can't sleep. I NEVER get good sleep. I can't understand why EVERYTHING that should be at least relatively easy always turns out to be so ridiculously hard: Ongoing issues with medical provider; attempt to get legal advice that I think should be straightforward and relatively inexpensive is turning into a protracted ordeal; getting a TMJ specialist to just return my calls to make an appointment is another long, drawn-out exercise in futility. I have to get ready for a wedding, but I have to do everything really fast because I'm having carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand on May 1. My prep time is cut short by a month. I have to run around like a maniac, deep clean my apartment, cook and freeze food for the wedding, as well as cook for Easter. I have to do all this in pain from my jaw, my arthritic knees, my thumb base arthritis and while still recovering from surgery on my right hand. The pressure! Honestly, I know to pray in Jesus's name, but I don't even know what to ask you to pray for!

Let us first thank Jesus Christ that you have reached out with your struggles, as it is only in His name that we have access to God and can find true peace and resolution. It is also only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12,WEB).

In Matthew 6:34, Jesus tells us, "So do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." This reminds us that God is in control of each day and that worrying will not add any solutions to your problems. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, we are encouraged to go to God in every situation as it reads, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

We understand that you are facing a multitude of challenges right now, from health issues to logistical problems, and that these have piled up to create immense anxiety and sleep deprivation. First, let us address the anxiety and remind you to trust in God in all situations. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Given the stress and physical pain you are experiencing, it is crucial to remember that God is our ultimate healer. In Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, it says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget his benefits who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We pray for your healing, that God may grant you respite from your jaw issues, arthritis, and the pain from your upcoming surgeries.

Regarding the practical issues, remember that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including the frustrations you are experiencing with medical providers and legal advice. In Romans 8:28 WEB, we read, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God has a plan even in these difficulties.

We must rebuke the idea that everything is turning out to be ridiculously hard. That is a negative seed planted in your mind by Satan. Rebuke Satan in Jesus name and the blood of Jesus Christ and replace that thought with the knowledge that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up your child who is burdened with anxiety, pain, and overwhelming responsibilities. Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. We pray for healing of their physical ailments, that You would touch their jaw, knees, and hands, and grant them relief and restoration.

We ask for Your divine intervention in the practical matters they are facing. Guide them to the right medical providers and legal advisors, and help them manage their time and responsibilities wisely.

We lift up the upcoming wedding and Easter preparations. Lord, grant them the strength and energy to accomplish all that needs to be done, and help them to find joy and peace in the midst of it all.

We pray for a spirit of thanksgiving and trust and the ability to rest in you and find sleep during this stressful time.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, friend. We understand the weight you're carrying, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you to keep casting your cares on Jesus, because He truly cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

We know you've got a lot on your plate, from wedding preparations to health issues, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed. But remember, God is with you in every situation. He sees your struggles, and He's there to help you through them.

In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus is inviting you to come to Him, to find rest and peace in Him.

We also want to remind you of the power of praise. Even in the midst of your struggles, there's power in praising God. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." As you praise God, He can heal your heart and bring you peace.

So, let's praise God together, friend. Let's trust Him with your anxieties, your health, and all your responsibilities. He's got this. And remember, we're here for you, praying for you every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
