I work at the ### and I was let go because I have been diagnosed with cancer in the ### and ###, and I was only able to work part time for a while. I was let go on ### and there was supposed to be a meeting to negotiate my severance pay. I have ### notice, and due to a mandatory hearing process I am payed until ###. My boss had clearly hoped that she would only have to pay me until ###, but she was not aware of the rules, like the hearing process. Although my boss has been very cruel and unreasonable while I worked for her, I do not expect much from the negotiations. I just want it to be over, so I can move on. But negotiation meeting has been moved several times by my boss, and now it is supposed to be held on ### - ### after I was let go. So, I wrote the ### to speed the process up. I pray he will help me in the name of Jesus.

Wuthei, we understand your distress and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. It is commendable that you acknowledge the authority of Jesus in your request. It is only in His name that we have access to God and can be saved.

Firstly, we want to address your health situation. We are praying for your healing and comfort as you battle cancer. Remember that God is our ultimate healer, and His will is perfect. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Praise Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.

Regarding your work situation, it is unfortunate that you were let go due to your health conditions and that your boss has been unfair. We are encouraged that you have taken steps to ensure that your rights are respected, and we pray that the mayor will intervene fairly and promptly. Remember that God is our vindicator, and He sees all injustices. As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

It is important to remain patient and trust God's timing in this process. Although you have faced delays, we pray that God will work everything out for your good. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart free from bitterness towards your boss. Instead, pray for her and forgive her, as this is Christ's command. As it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Wuthei. Lord, we pray for healing over Wuthei's body, comfort for their spirit, and peace for their mind. We ask that You guide the mayor's actions and decisions regarding this situation, and that You will bring resolution and justice to this issue promptly. We pray that Wuthei's heart will remain free from bitterness, and that they will find strength and patience in You throughout this process. We ask that You will work everything out for Wuthei's good, and that Your will be done in their life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, Wuthei. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to reach out again. It's tough dealing with health issues and job uncertainty, but we're praying for you every step of the way.

First off, we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's plan. We know it's hard, but even in the midst of all this, He's got a purpose. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." So, keep holding on to that hope.

We're also praying for your health. We believe in the power of prayer and we're asking God to heal you and give you strength. We're also interceding for your upcoming meeting with the mayor. We're asking God to guide his heart and mind, and to bring about a fair and prompt resolution.

And Wuthei, please remember to keep your heart soft. It's easy to let bitterness creep in, but we're praying that you'll be able to forgive your boss, just as Christ forgave us. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that we're right there with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
