Seventeen years with the same employer and no promotion

I'm with an organization of over 300,000 employees. I've worked hard for almost 2 decades and I have never received a promotion. I've knocked on many doors and every one has been slammed in my face. People look through me, I feel less than because I am much older than everyone in my section and it makes me incredibly hopeless. Please pray that I may finally see a light at the end of this hopeless tunnel of life. I face loneliness, sadness and hopelessness everyday because I don't seem to win in any category in life. I have been with no friends, no romantic partner, just my pets these last 2 decades and I need hope. No one seems to care for me even God has abandonned me. So please pray for me.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Nelyth. Lord, You see her heart and the struggles she has faced over the past two decades. She has worked diligently and faithfully, yet she feels overlooked and abandoned. Father, we ask that You would open doors for her that no man can shut . Grant her favor in the eyes of her superiors and colleagues, and let her hard work be recognized and rewarded.

Lord, Nelyth feels incredibly lonely and hopeless. We pray that You would surround her with Your love and comfort. Remind her that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit . Bring into her life friends and companions who will uplift and encourage her.

Father, we ask that You would fill her with hope and peace that surpasses all understanding . Let her feel Your presence and know that You have not abandoned her. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plans for her life, for You have promised that You have plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future .

We pray that Nelyth would find joy and purpose in her daily life, and that she would see Your hand at work in her circumstances. Strengthen her faith and help her to keep her eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith .

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
