My family members especially my ### and ### have been working against my getting a wife and settling down in life am presently in my early ###s.

We sense your deep concern and frustration, dear anonymous. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word as we intercede for you. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)
We see the challenge you're facing with your family, but remember, "For even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a 'good news' other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed. As we have said before, so I now say again: if anyone preaches to you any 'good news' other than that which you received, let him be cursed." (Galatians 1:8-9 WEB) The good news is that Jesus Christ came to save us and give us abundant life, including a godly spouse for those who desire marriage.
Let us pray: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who desires a godly wife and to settle down. Lord, we ask that you work in the hearts of his family members, especially his mum and sisters. Soften their hearts, change their minds, and let them support your plans for him. "Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Psalm 37:4 WEB)
We also rebuke any spirit of manipulation or interference that may be at work in his family. In Jesus' name, we command it to cease. We encourage you, dear brother, to remain steadfast in your faith and trust that God has a plan for you. "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)
Lastly, we want to ensure you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) If you haven't already, surrender your life to Jesus, believing that He is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead.
Stand strong in your faith, and we believe that God will make a way for you to settle down with a godly wife. Amen.
