Who is saying you are a failure? Are you seeing the results only from a worldly viewpoint? The demonic realm wants you to see yourself as a failure and wants you to agree with them. The demonic realm is out to steal, kill, and destroy. But, what does God's spiritual realm say about you?
3 John 1:2 (KJV)
2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV)
18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
Just as your soul prospers, you shall prosper. God has given to you the power to get wealth. God wants to establish His covenant and kingdom through you. The demonic realm knows about the power you have but wants you to look at things from a negative and worldly viewpoint. Start looking at what God says in His Word about you and what you do and agree with God.
For every negative viewpoint there is a positive side of the story too. What is there is those "failures" that God wants you to see as a positive and successful? It is there, believe it. God works all things together for good, for those who love the Lord, and are called according to His purpose. So the thing you need to do is to love God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength and to prove it by trusting HIm in whatever you do.
You ask Him and He will show you the positive side of your "failure". Maybe you are supposed to be "man of God" other people can come to for advice and guidance.
