serious harassment situation

I was wrongfully accused of physical contact, stalking, and sexual abuse; they are also making up fictious crimes I know nothing about. Now they have pictures of my face spreading mass defamation of character for years going to random strangers and malicious intent. They are documenting every false evidences and they are thinking about making an false report. My heart is broken; I am suffering from panic attacks and unconscious, please pray for me. Please deliver me from false equivalence, misplaced retribution, defamation, and injustice. God fulfill these verses as you have promised 2 Corinthians 1:20 and Psalm 34:21. Please pray that everyone will see that all of my enemies be convicted and charged.
