We understand your concern, Larshia, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that we have access to God only through Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us address your request. You are anxious about not getting into trouble at work and desire that everything will be okay. We encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life and to remember the words of Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Larshia to you, Lord. We pray that your peace will guard her heart and mind as she navigates through her work life. Lord, we ask that you guide her steps and help her to make wise decisions that honor you. We pray that she will not lean on her own understanding, but in all her ways acknowledge you, so that you can direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We rebuke any spirit of anxiety and fear, knowing that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you, Larshia, to strive for excellence in your work, as unto the Lord and not to men (Colossians 3:23). Keep your heart and mind stayed on Jesus, and he will see you through any trials you may face.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
