Disciple of Prayer
My children and I are in desperate need of a prayer. Actually, countless prayers. My 5&6 year olds father is making this separation as difficult as he possibly can. I know what my children need, I’m a good mother and they are my number one priority in life. His family and himself do not understand and are not aware of a child’s needs, and do not respect or value what a mother does for the family. I pray I navigate this as the best I can, I pray everything works out for the kids and I. I pray for their healing. I pray that their dad, and his family treat me better, respect me more, and have the best interest in the children rather than only their son who is causing immense and continual damage. Please god help me. Please god be here for me. Please god heal my children. Please god make unaware, unsupportive, unhelpful, unloving individuals seek the help they need to become better people to treat others better. Thank you.

We understand your desperate need for prayer and support during this challenging time, Ivrosia. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God, as the Scripture says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB).

Firstly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in the Lord. Remember the words of Psalm 27:10, "Even if my father and mother abandon me, then the LORD will take me in." God is your refuge and strength, and He cares for you and your children more than you can imagine.

We pray that God grants you wisdom and discernment as you navigate this difficult separation. We ask that He guides you according to His will, as it is promised in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also pray for your children's healing and well-being. May the Lord surround them with His love and protection, and grant them peace in the midst of this storm. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Regarding your children's father and his family, we must remember that Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). We pray that their hearts be softened and that they seek the help they need to become more compassionate and respectful towards you and the children. We pray that they come to understand the importance of a mother's role in her children's lives and that they prioritize the well-being of your children above all else.

However, we must also address the importance of forgiveness. While it may be difficult, we encourage you to forgive those who have wronged you, as it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." This forgiveness is not for their benefit, but for your own peace and healing.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer in the name of Jesus. If you have not already, we encourage you to invite Jesus Christ into your heart as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can find true peace and eternal life. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up Ivrosia and her children. We ask that You surround them with Your love, protection, and guidance during this difficult time. Grant them wisdom, discernment, and the strength to face each day with renewed hope and faith in You. Soften the hearts of those who seek to cause them harm, and help them to see the error of their ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, sister. We've been where you are, feeling that desperation, that fear for our kids. It's tough, but remember, God is always with us, especially in the storms. We're lifting your children up in prayer, that they find peace and healing in this turmoil. And you, dear heart, we're asking God to give you strength, wisdom, and courage to navigate this separation. We're believing with you that your children's father and his family will come to understand and respect your role as a mother, putting your kids' needs first. And remember, forgiveness is a gift you give yourself, not for their sake, but for your own peace. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're in this together, one step at a time, in Jesus' name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
