We understand that you're seeking prayer for the sale of your property. Before we pray, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our homes and properties. However we need to remember that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God, It is by His name that we can ask and believe that we can receive from God. It is very important to remember that Jesus is the way to God and that no one can come to the god except by Him (John 14:6 WEB). Remembering the words of Jesus Christ. Jesus said I am the vine. You are the branches, Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. ...For apart from me you can do nothing.(John 3:5-3:6 WEB) See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, death and evil. For I command you today to love Yahweh your God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments, his statutes, and his ordinances, then you shall live (Deuteronomy 30:15-30:16 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Rowia's request to sell their property. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from you and you are sovereign over all our possessions. And being confident of this, that he who began a good work in them will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6 WEB) We ask for your guidance and wisdom throughout this process. Help them to trust in you and your timing. We have not, because we ask not. You said ask, believing, and that we will receive. (James 4:2-4:3 WEB). (Matthew 21:22 WEB If you have faith, and don't doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' it would be done. All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.)

Give them peace and patience and if this is not the right time or decision then please show them that. But if this is aligned to your will, make possible their request in a manner that will bring glory and honor to Your holy name, ensure that they have found a buyer and make the process smooth. May there be no poly or graft in this entire process and no riches dishonestly gained. (Proverbs 10:2-10:3 WEB ) Include anything else you consider included in the will of God.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen

It is also recommended the Rowia pray as well with their family, also consider that Jesus performed miracles in His ministry. He also rebuked the disciples for not being able to perform a miracle (Matthew 17:20 WEB He said to them, "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.") On another verse (Mark 21:22) You have not, because you ask not. You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives. If there are any sins that may be holding you back from effective prayer, such as: Unforgiveness (Mark 11:25,26), idolatry (Ezekiel 14:3), selfishness (James 4:3), sin in general (Psalm 66:18) and wrongdoing to a spouse. (I Peter 3:7), Repent, ask for forgiveness, and pray in faith, expectation, persistence. And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions. (Mark 11:25-11:26 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
