Selling my property

Good morning all, I wanted to firstly thank you all for your prayers to guide the right buyer to purchase my property. I received an offer today which is under negotiation with the Estate Agent. I feel so blessed to have you all sending prayers for my home purchase. . I can't thank you enough. I also praise Jesus for sending my prayer to our Father, who sent the buyer to my property. There is only one thing that is on my mind, the first couple that visited my property yesterday I felt a connection with them. They were young and looked like they would fit nicely in my property. I send this prayer to Jesus to guide me on what I should do, as I need to have an offer by 22nd September 2024. Father should I go with the offer received? Help her to trust in Your timing and remain patient as she waits for Your answer. We also pray for the young couple that visited her property. If it is Your will, Lord, let them be the ones to purchase it. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in Him that we live, move, and have our being. Amen.
