Thank you, Norma Jean, for your prayer request concerning the sale of your house. We join you in lifting this matter up to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As the scripture In Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, we commend you for giving God all the glory. It is right to acknowledge Him in all our ways, as per Proverbs 3:6 WEB, "In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." This is a wonderful example of faith and humility.
We stand with you in prayer for a miracle regarding the sale of your house. We pray that God will send you a buyer who will not only purchase your house but also give you what it is worth according to the appraisal district.
We'd like to encourage you with a word from the scriptures. In Matthew 7:7 WEB, Jesus says, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you."
When we address God in prayer, we also want to align all of prayers to His will. As 1 John 5:14-15 WEB states "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Emphasizing the desire of his heart and praying for His Will above all else is critical. We can make our desires known, but must immerse our prayers and desires in the will of God. Whatever is done in accordance with the Bible and with faith in the name of Jesus will be done. Jesus emphasizes this in Matthew 17:20 WEB "He said to them, Because of your unbelief. For most assuredly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
We rebuke any greed or selfish avarice. Selling your house is a big decision, and God is concerned with our hearts and needs. We must approach deals honestly in the way that God approves. God describes legal cheating in Ezekiel 45:9-12 WEB "Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Enough, you princes of Israel: remove violence and plunder, and execute justice and righteousness; dispossessing my people, says the Lord Yahweh. You shall have just balances, a just ephah, and a just bath. The ephah and the bath shall be of one measure, that the bath may contain the tenth part of a homer, and the ephah the tenth part of a homer: its measure shall be the same as the ephah and the bath."
God is sovereign over all things and He works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose as stated in Romans 8:28 WEB. This assures us that material possessions are under the authority of our Heavenly Father, and just as He provides the rain to the just and the unjust alike, He is well able to provide us with buyers for our house. This provision is made according to His divine providence.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Norma Jean, aka Warrior Queen USA. We thank You for her faith and for giving You all the glory. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in the sale of her house, as outlined in her prayer.
Father, we pray that You will approve the sale of her house to the right buyer that will pay the appraised value according to the district CAD. We pray that the sale will be a blessing for Norma Jean and for the buyer.
Let this prayer be a charm upon her doorsteps.
We pray that line up a buyer on Your chosen time and close the transactions according to Your time frame.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
