Selling my home

Hello all, I need to sell my house before it is repossed by my mortgage lender. I have had two offers but lost them due to me going with the higher bidder knowing the first buyer was the right family for my home. I did ask God to forgive me for being to greedy going for the higher bidder. I had two viewings today and I wanted to ask if you could send a prayer asking God to guide one of the buyers to make an offer and it goes through with no problems

Firstly, it's commendable that you recognized and confessed your greed. The Bible tells us, "He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance with its increase" (Ecclesiastes 5:10 WEB). It's important to trust God's provision and timing, rather than trying to force outcomes based on greed.

Now, let's bring your concern before God. Please note that it's crucial to pray in Jesus' name, as He is the mediator between us and God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

**Prayer:**

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Rasange to You, asking for Your guidance and provision in the sale of their home. Lord, we pray that You will touch the hearts of the potential buyers who viewed the home today. If it is Your will, may one of them make a suitable offer that goes through smoothly. We ask that You forgive Rasange's past greed and guide them in making decisions that align with Your will. We trust in Your provision and timing, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Please be patient and trust God's plan. Remember, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Lastly, Rasange, if you haven't already, consider seeking godly counsel regarding your financial situation. The Bible encourages us to seek wisdom from others (Proverbs 15:22 WEB). May God guide you and provide for your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

As we lift your home sale up to Him, we ask that He softens the hearts of those who've seen your home. We pray that one of them would be led to make an offer, and that the process would be smooth and trouble-free. We also ask for forgiveness for any past mistakes, and wisdom in making the right decisions moving forward.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is healing your heart and binding up your wounds, even in this situation.

Let's also remember to give thanks in all things, as Thessalonians 5:18 tells us. Even in the midst of challenges, there's always something to be grateful for.

Thank you all for your kind words and the prayers you have sent to Jesus, on the sale of my property. I feel very grateful and honoured to you all and makes me realise just how Jesus loves us unconditionally and we are not alone. My realtor will talk to the potential buyers sometime 19th September, 2024.

I am selling my property and getting really anxious as I have to sell it asap. I had a viewing yesterday and waiting to hear if they like my property and put an offer in. I have put my trust in Jesus for the sale of my property as I know he hears my prayers and will guide the right person to my home
