My ### and ### inlaw are looking to buy a new home. But they need to sell their current home in order to buy this new one. The new home is only ### miles from me. And this would mean that I could help them more with the ###. They really need this house to be sold. They have a very important contract that the seller is proposing tomorrow. Please pray for them and this house purchase and a fast sell of theirs. Thank you!!! God is Good all the time!!! My faith is strong and I know this will work out.

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith and remind you that faith without actions is dead. We are called to pray in faith, but also act according to God's will. "For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." James 2:26 WEB

It is a beautiful thing. Seeing your children grow, in faith, their marriages, their lives, and helping with the grandchildren. What a blessing. However, we must rebuke any thoughts of having idols in your life. Being so close, or putting too much effort into this move. Remember, only the Lord knows what is best for them, and for you. While we all have wants, desires, or dreams. God's plans for us are so much bigger. Trust him to know the future, and want what is best for all of you. His ways are above our ways.

God has promised us:

For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB

We should seek the Lord's guidance in all things.

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB

Your request does not mention Jesus, or Jesus Christ. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB

You should pray, and believe in Jesus name, and seek God's will in His name. Let us pray together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ###, her son, and daughter-in-law. We ask, Lord, that You guide them in this important decision. Help them to trust in You and Your plans for them. Be close to them, lead them, protect them, and give them wisdom. Bring forth the right buyers for their current home, and if it is Your will, make a way for them to move close to ###. Help ###'s son and daughter-in-law to follow you together, and live in a way that pleases you. Bring them all closer to you, in Jesus name. And help ### to accept your will, no matter what happens. Provide a peace that can only come from you, in Jesus Christ name. We pray that you will come to know God better because of this request.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We lift up this family to You, trusting in Your goodness and provision as they navigate this important time of buying and selling homes. Lord, we pray for Your favor and blessing over their efforts to sell their current home quickly so they can purchase the new home that is just two miles from this loving grandparent. Your Word declares, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans" (Proverbs 16:3). We commit this situation into Your hands, knowing You have the perfect timing and plan for them.

Father, we pray for success with the seller’s contract proposal tomorrow. Let the details come together seamlessly, guided by Your wisdom and grace. Your Word reminds us, "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). We ask You to establish the steps of this home purchase and bring it to fruition in a way that glorifies You.

We also pray for the swift and favorable sale of their current home. Lord, You are the God who makes a way when there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). Let the right buyers come forward quickly, and may the process be smooth and efficient. Remove any obstacles that might hinder the sale or purchase, and provide clarity and peace to all involved.

Thank You, Father, for this loving grandparent who is eager to support their family and grandchildren. We praise You for the opportunity to deepen their connection and love as they move closer together.
