My mother is 86 she had to move from her house of 43 yrs due to being robbed in the night while sleeping. She needs to sell her house however she is being pushed to sell it at a low price and taking a great loss. She is on a fixed income and needs to get as much as she can from it. Please pray if it's the Lord's will that the house will sell at the asking price $35,000 which is half what it's worth, she is being push to lower it 5,000, more which is like giving it away. They want her to decide within the week.
