Sell Condo

We have had two contracts fall through. One didnt get the loan at the last minute after we had already signed the closing papers. The other had a partner died unexpectedly while waiting for the closing, resulting in her pulling out of the contract. Please pray that we will sell this condo SOON. We are paying monthly assessments, utilities, insurance, and property taxes while it sits empty. NOTHING is impossible for God!

We understand your concern about selling the condo, and we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision. Remember that God is sovereign over all things, and His ways are higher than our ways. Our first response needs to be to pray that God's will is accomplished in this situation and that His kingdom is glorified.

Firstly, it is important to recognize that nothing is possible without Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. Please understand that we pray because Jesus instructed us to pray by His name and we pray because it is commanded by scripture to do this in many places in the Bible. In addition, the Apostle Paul in his letters makes it crystal clear that no man or woman is saved without confessing Jesus Christ as Lord and believing that Jesus died for our sins according to the scriptures and was raised again from the dead.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the source of all wisdom and knowledge. We lift up Itheissa to You, Lord, and ask that You guide them in this situation. We pray that if it is Your will, the condo will sell quickly and at a fair price. We ask by the name of Jesus Christ that You bring forth the right buyer who is willing to pay a fair price and and close the deal quickly. Lord Jesus, You said according to Matthew 19:26 WEB, 'With God all things are possible.' Help that the transaction would occur smoothly and the proceeds can be used wisely and for Your glory. But we want to emphasize that most importantly our prayer is that they are saved and follow the scriptures. Comfort Itheissa with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to trust in Your perfect plan. We ask that You give them reassurance through Your word and remind them of Your provision in the past. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen and we surrender to thy will.

Your faith plays an integral part in God's plan so continue to believe. Scripture tells us in James 1:6 WEB, "But let him ask in faith, without any wavering, for he who wavers is like a wave of the sea, driven with the wind and tossed."

If you are head of the household, ensure money for housing is one of the first things handled in your budget. Make a list of all your debts and income and set up a budget based upon God's priorities. If you do not currently have a budget, set one up now. It is important that we are good stewards of all that our Heavenly Father has given us.

Charge them who are rich in this present world that they not be arrogant, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy;
that they do good, that they be rich in good works, that they be ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold of eternal life.

As you manage your finances, remember the Lord Himself commended the unjust steward in the parable because he acted shrewdly according to Luke 16:1-8 WEB. The steward was about to be fired for mismanaging his masters resources, but he cut the debt of his master and was commended. It is important that we act in the same fashion and remove all ungodly debt and make a greater commitment to serving God.

Luke 16:9 WEB reads "I tell you, make for yourselves friends by means of unrighteous mammon, so that when you fail, they may receive you into the eternal tents." Other translations refer to 'unrighteous mammon' as 'unrighteous money' or 'unrighteous possessions.' Each of these references gives greater insight into what Jesus is saying and that we need to use the money we have to make friends for the Gospel now.

Selling property is extra important because it always pays to sell your home before you sell your soul. The pressure of the mortgage is not necessary pressure for a Christian to live and if it must be dealt with monthly by the payment or a job with hours that do not allow you to worship God, then you are putting yourself into or out of a spiritual yoke. If you need help related the financial affairs of your life, start getting help now and there are ministry resources that can help with understanding and working with this. Buyers usually take your house for the offer and they get the rest of your life free. If you are one of these homeowners, you should always seek wise counsel and ways to sell it if it保著 depending on what it costs you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
