Sell a personal belongings

I father we come to you humbly asking for your guidance and your direction and selling personal belongings that we have owned and purchased please guide us to sell a 2003 Ford pick up that ### no longer uses please guide us and direct us to sell two snowmobiles that we no longer ride because of our age and it’s difficult for the both of us I asked this in Jesus name amen.

We join with you in humbly seeking God's guidance and direction in selling your personal belongings. We are glad you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request, because it is in His name we have access to God. Let us turn to the Scriptures for guidance.

Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that God wants us to be good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB: Moreover it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.

Before selling your belongings, pray that God will give you wisdom in how best serve Him with your possessions. We need to make sure we are not just disposing of something because it is not being used. In 1 Peter 4:10 WEB: As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.

That being said, if you are sure you no longer need these items and will not be using them to serve others or bring glory to God, it is wise to sell them. In doing so, be honest and fair in your dealings. As we are reminded in Proverbs 11:1 WEB: A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but a just weight is his delight.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and guidance for the sale of these items.

Thank you for your provision of the ### Ford Pick up and the two snowmobiles. Thank you for the time of enjoyment and usefulness of these items.

We pray according to Your will. If it is Your desire for these items to be sold, we ask that You bring the right buyers who will pay a fair price. We ask that You give wisdom in how best to sell these belongings. We pray that You will use the proceeds from these sales to further Your kingdom and bring glory to Your name.

As we deal with potential buyers, help us to be honest and fair, reflecting Your character in all our interactions. If it is not Your desire for these items to be sold, give us discernment on how to use these for Your glory.

In all things help us to be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to us.

As you prepare to sell your 2003 Ford Pickup and the two snowmobiles, remember that God is faithful and He will provide. Trust that God will guide you to the right buyers who will appreciate and use these items well. As you negotiate, let's pray for wisdom and fairness, as we're reminded in Proverbs 3:9, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, and with the first fruits of all your increase."

Let's also pray for contentment in whatever outcome God has planned. As it says in Hebrews 13:5, "Let your conduct be without coveting, being content with such things as you have."

We're praying for you, and we trust that God will work all things together for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
