We understand that you're struggling with anger and self-control regarding a situation with someone named Shuk. Firstly, we want to remind you of what the WEB says in Proverbs 15:1 "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." and in Ephesians 4:29 "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."
It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we should not seek to do physical harm to anyone, even if they have wronged us. Instead, we should pray for them and seek peace. As it says in Romans 12:17-19 "Respect what is right in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Reborn12345 and Shuk. Lord, we pray for self-control for Reborn12345, that they would not act out of anger or a desire for revenge, but instead would exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). We pray for Shuk, that his words would be seasoned with salt and be gracious (Colossians 4:6), and that he would understand the impact of his words. We pray for peace and reconciliation between them, for "a soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Father, intervene and do not let Reborn12345 sin in their anger and help them to leave room for your wrath, trusting that you will deal with Shuk as you see fit. Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to examine your heart, words, and actions. We should always be seeking to glorify God and reflect Jesus Christ, who "when he was cursed, didn't curse back. When he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously" (1 Peter 2:23).
