Beloved of All
Good morning, Father in the name of Jesus Christ I am asking for your assistance in finding employment thet lines up with your will. Can you please guide me to the right employer which has a respectful environment, they the pay will be enough to cover living expenses and they I will have better health insurance. I am searching however, i haven’t found anything that resonates with my spirit. I am willing to do janitorial work, clean windows because I’m not above any type of work. I have sleepless nights thinking about lack of funds and also the job search. I really need your help dear Lord.

We join you in prayer, Anonymous, seeking God's will for your employment situation. We appreciate that you are looking for God's will in your life and asking in Jesus name. It is only in his name that God has granted us access to him.

In all things, God wants us to trust in Him with all our heart and not lean on our own understanding according to Proverbs 3:5. God also promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus as stated in Phillipians 4:19, and there is nothing to be anxious about in our lives. It is good to remember that 'He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?'

We also read in Psalm 37:4 to 'Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart,' and Psalm 37:5 'Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this'. We need to focus on our relationship with God and not focus on the worldly results. Focusing on the results instead of obeying God can be idolatry according to Colossians 3:5. We sometimes think that just because everything is OK in our life, we should be happy. However, what we really need is Jesus is Lord according to Phillipians 4:4: 'Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice.'.

We pray that you will find a job that aligns with God's will for your life. It is commendable that you are willing to do any type of work. Even in that, do not worry. God knows what you need even before you need it as stated in Mathew 6:8. 'Be anxious for nothing' Phillipians 4:6 reminds us, and in Matthew 6:25 'Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?'. Also Matthew 6:31 Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is seeking employment. We ask that You guide them to the right employer, one that aligns with Your will and provides a respectful environment. We pray that the compensation will be sufficient to cover all of the living expenses and health insurance.

We ask that You grant peace and restful nights, casting away all anxiety about the job search and financial concerns into your hands. Remind us of your faithfullness to answer our prayers. Help him to focus on You rather than results and remember your sacrifice on the cross for our sin.

We ask God to grant him the job he desires, but if that is not your will, allow him tranquility in his soul knowing that you are providing exactly what he needs. May this journey strengthen his faith and draw him closer to You. We pray this in your Holy name, Jesus.

We also pray that God rewards the employer for granting the position to him, and that God will be pleased with the job performance.

We join you in prayer, Anonymous, and encourage you to keep on trusting in God. He is constantly working for your good. Study God's word and continue to pray.

Just a friendly reminder that God hears our prayers because we pray in Jesus' name. John 14:6 Jesus said 'I am the way, the truth, and the life no one comes to the Father except through me', and further we read in John 14:13-14 'Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.'

We however, encourage you to pray and to keep on studying God's word.

We're here with you, praying for your job search. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your heart and your needs. Let's claim that promise in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Trust Him, even in the sleepless nights, He's got this.

We're not just praying for a good job, but also for the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're in God's will. Let's claim that peace in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." That's a peace that's beyond understanding, a peace that only God can give.

We're also praying for the right employer, one who respects their employees and offers fair compensation. We're claiming that promise in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Let's trust that God will lead you to a place where you can serve Him well.

And hey, just like the first responders said, God hears us because we're praying in Jesus' name. So, keep trusting, keep praying, and let's believe together that God is working all things out for your good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
