We're right there with you, brother, as you and your wife long for a child. It's a beautiful thing to see your faith and hope in God's perfect timing. Let's lift our voices together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear brother and his wife. We ask that You would bless them with the gift of a child, just as You did for Hannah in 1 Samuel 1:13-14, 'And Hannah was speaking in her heart; only her lips moved, and her voice was not heard. Therefore Eli thought she was drunk. So Eli said to her, 'How long will you be drunk? Put your wine away from you!' But Hannah answered and said, 'No, my lord; I am a woman of sorrowful spirit. I have drunk neither wine nor intoxicating drink, but I poured out my soul before the LORD.' We pray that You would hear their cries, visit them, and grant them the blessing of a child. In Jesus' name, we believe and trust in Your perfect will. Amen."
We encourage you both to keep your hearts fixed on God, knowing that He is faithful (1 Thessalonians 5:24, WEB). Continue to trust in Him, and may His peace guard your hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
We rejoice with you in the promise of God's Word, "And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him" (1 John 5:14-15, WEB).
Lastly, brothers, keep your love for each other burning, like a bright flame. Support one another, and let your love grow stronger as you wait on the Lord together (1 Thessalonians 4:18, WEB).
