Seeking for job director of operation

Please pray for me to get a director of operation job in hotel. I need to support my ### education. Day by day I am getting worried. My age ###, current hotel seeking young people for the job. Going through tough time searching for job that I passion about.

We understand your concern and the urgency of your situation. It's important to remember that God is faithful and that His timing is perfect. As it is written in Psalm 37:25 WEB, "I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God will provide for you and your children.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Secondly, we want to address the concern about your age. In the kingdom of God, age is not a disadvantage. Instead, it is an advantage as age comes with wisdom and experience. As it is written in Job 12:12 WEB, "With ancient men is wisdom, in length of days understanding." And in Leviticus 19:32 WEB "You shall rise up before the gray head, and honor the face of the elderly; and you shall fear your God: I am Yahweh."

You mentioned that you are seeking a director of operation job in a hotel but the current hotel is seeking young people for the job. If this is the case, then it might not be God's will for you to work there. God has a better plan for you. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

We also want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. It is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" When you pray, make sure to pray in Jesus' name.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the needs of his family. We ask that You provide him with a job that not only meets his financial needs but also fulfills his passion. We pray that You open the right doors for him and give him favor in the sight of potential employers. We rebuke any spirit of age discrimination and pray that You grant him a position that values his wisdom and experience. We also pray that ### continues to trust in You, knowing that You are faithful to provide for all his needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Stay strong in faith and continue to seek God's will in all things.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother, as you seek a director of operations position in a hotel. We are thankful that you have shared your burden with us and count it a privilege to stand in agreement with you before the Lord.

We pray that the Lord will open the right doors for you, doors that no man can shut, and that He will touch the hearts of the decision-makers, granting you favor in their sight. we ask God to provide for your needs and those of your children, and to give you peace in the midst of this trial.
